Redeveloping this aging apartment community into two luxury condominium buildings set to become The Ritz-Carlton® Residences, Tampa will complement and enhance the surrounding Bayshore neighborhood, significantly boost property values, and maximize economic impact for the city.

They are actively engaged in supporting and contributing to Tampa’s renaissance and emergence as a next-generation city, and have been reaching out to neighborhood residents and business for their input about this project.
